How does it work?

Ready to buy restocks happen usually on the 1st weekend of the month at 8.30pm UK time - day to be confirmed. Previews upload earlier in the week. Most are one of a kind and tend to go quickly. Date and time of the next upload are featured on the website banner and on instagram.

We are not currently offering a send in service or any other commissions.

Do you make all the knits?

No, we source the knits. We have a brilliant army of independent, talented knitters who create for us. Occasionally we stock beautiful preloved and vintage knits, but we will always state in the listing. Some knits are embroidered in house - see these in the Customised Knits section.

Are they wool?

Majority of our knits are acrylic cotton mix, making them perfect for kids and chucking in the washing machine. As we don't make them all ourselves we can't confirm the exact composition.

How to care for my knit?

Wash at 30 degrees on a low cycle and dry flat.

Do not tumble dry.

Avoid fabric softener.

Highly recommend investing in a debobbler for keeping knitwear looking its best.

My item disappeared from my basket?

The website does not save baskets, so items are not yours until checked out! Recommend saving your payment details or using google or apple pay for faster checkout. We will always refund any additional postage charges paid.

How much is postage?

We ship worldwide. 

UK postage is charged at £4.00 and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Occasionally we will use an alternative courier if needed.

Jersey & Isle of Man are charged at UK postage rate. 

International postage is charged dependent on destination country.

Can I send as a gift?

Absolutely! We can send a gift with added note to any address - just pop a note in the comments at checkout.
