Bokkie & Rilla ships worldwide from the United Kingdom.

UK postage is £4.00 and sent Royal Mail Tracked 48. (Note on occasion we will use an equivalent courier service if needed)

Jersey & Isle of Man are charged at UK postage rate. 

International postage is charged dependent on destination country. 

We aim to ship your item within 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. We will send you tracking information.

‍Once an item is shipped we are not responsible if the item is delayed, lost, damaged or stolen in transit. 

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return your order please get in contact, quoting your order number and we will be in touch to provide returns details.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and you will need to cover postage back to us.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and or proof of purchase required.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your item.
